1. Cancellations
Notice periods and minimum terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
2. Refunds
Management fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms is subject to those platforms' policies. Prepaid fees for work not yet started may be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
3. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
